This is a reproduced body armor for a horse painted in lacquer 24 centuries ago.  The Saddle and Stirrup are stripped through the round holes on top of the armor. This is evidence that China had invented the Stirrup, the Saddle and even the horse armory well before the 5th Century BC.  Lacquer was also the first plastic material of human invention.
